Compliance in selling services during the war

On October 28, as part of the Online Development Programme on Compliance by the European Business Association, Svitlana Svyrydenko, Director of Sales and Business Development at Accountor Ukraine delivered the "Compliance in selling services to clients during war" lecture.

The attendees got to learn how to build compliance in sales, what misselling is and who is liable for it according to Ukrainian laws, and how to check a company's credibility. Although is was an online event, there was a lot of interaction with the audience who got to see a presentation, answer test questions and discuss some tricky issues.
