How Vayyar Sweden engineers found an economical 3-in-1 solution
Vayyar Sweden was tired of working with multiple financial service providers. What's more, they were missing the most important function: advice on tax issues. In 2017, they found Accountor and life became complete - or at least the financial management.
Vayyar Sweden is a small Swedish limited company backed by an international parent company. In Sweden, the company consists of four engineers who design integrated circuits, small chips, used in electronic products. Together they also run a separate consulting company in the same niche.
"Previously, we had help from several smaller one-person companies that handled separate parts of our finances, but no one could answer our more general questions. It became so fragmented," says Tomas Melander, one of the engineers at Vayyar Sweden.
Looking for a straightforward partner
The company was looking for a partner who could handle the accounting, payroll and act as an advisor. After some searching, the choice finally fell on Accountor.
"Even though we are small, we need help with quite complex things. Accountor seemed to have everything we needed without being too big and difficult to manage," says Tomas Melander.
Complete solution for economic and financial services
Tax advice is the service that Tomas Melander particularly appreciates that Accountor helps him with. But also getting input on everything related to transfers between Swedish and international companies is valuable. His contact person at Accountor is Paul Barsoum and is part of the success.
"With Accountor we got a complete solution of economic and financial services for our company. We are not economists ourselves, we are just a bunch of engineers. We have Paul instead," says Tomas Melander.
Paul reminds them when it's them
Tomas feels that the collaboration is easy. Every month he has contact with Accountor regarding payroll issues. If there is anything to be paid in, Paul gets in touch, and if Tomas has any tax questions, he always gets quick answers.
"I never have to remember anything, Paul always reminds me when it's needed. I don't really notice much of what Accountor does, it just works. But it's precisely when things like this just work that it's at its best," says Tomas Melander.
