Accountor has entered into an agreement to acquire Deloitte’s accounting and payroll services in Sweden
Accountor aspires to strengthen its position in the Nordics. Today marks an important step on that journey, as Accountor has signed an agreement to acquire the accounting and payroll services from Deloitte’s Swedish operations.
“We are happy that Accountor’s growth journey in the Nordics continues, as Accountor has entered into an agreement to acquire the accounting and payroll services from Deloitte Sweden. Once approved by relevant authorities, this will add more than 130 consultants to our Swedish organization and will further strengthen our competitiveness and core operations, and widen our geographical footprint across the Nordics”, says Niklas Sonkin, Accountor’s Group President, and CEO.

For Deloitte, the divest is in accordance with the company’s global portfolio strategy:

The acquisition is subject to closing conditions and approval by the relevant authorities.
