Bilprovningen: "Fast and flawless payroll management"
For a large, nationwide company, it's important that payroll management runs smoothly and correctly. That's why Bilprovningen, Sweden's leading car inspection company, has been working with Accountor since 2012. Here, HR partner Nina Wennhall tells us about the long collaboration - which is now to be expanded.
Bilprovningen, with its approximately 550 employees, works with vehicle inspections and has inspected well over 200 million passenger cars since its inception in 1963. The company is present throughout Sweden with almost 100 stations from Skurup to Gällivare.
Outsourcing: Fast and solution-oriented
In 2012, like many other companies, Bilprovningen conducted an evaluation of how it would work with an internal payroll management compared to bringing in external help. The conclusion was that it is more cost-effective to outsource - and the choice fell on Accountor. Since then, the company has not wanted to change suppliers or handle payroll internally. The collaboration has been going on for eight years and has grown steadily.
"The best thing about Accountor and our contact person Gabriella is her speed. She always answers when I call and if something needs to be solved promptly - she fixes it right away. It is very much appreciated!" Nina says.
Never any complaints
Bilprovningen uses Accountor's payroll services managed in Flex Lön. Follow-up takes place via monthly meetings and the salaries are taken care of in a safe way.
"When I don't hear anything from the staff about the salaries - then I am incredibly satisfied. And I never do that. Then I know that everything is being handled flawlessly by the Accountant", Nina explains.
Increased cooperation in the future
As Bilprovningen develops, the collaboration is growing. Soon, an HRM system will also be implemented.
"Things are happening all the time at our company, so it's extra appreciated to have such close contact as I have with Gabriella. We are usually in touch on a daily basis and have a close collaboration that works very well," Nina concludes.
