Accountor to acquire Matrisen and strengthen in Sweden
Finnish financial administration and HR management services company Accountor acquires Swedish financial administration services company Matrisen. Accountor, a pioneer company in digital financial administration services, continues to grow internationally and strengthens its position in Sweden.
After the transaction Matrisen will continue as a freestanding company within Accountor Group. The founder of Matrisen Robert Szabo will become one of the owners of Accountor. Matrisen has over 200 employees and over 2,500 customers. Together Accountor and Matrisen will form a company with over 320 experts.

In Finland only slightly over 10 percent of the companies use digital financial administration services, and the number is even lower in the Nordic countries.
