After two years, I am still learning every day and developing myself personally and professionally Gabriela Gouvêa dos Santos, Financial Administrator at Team Matching Operations already has a great deal of international experience. Her name already gives it away a bit, originally Brazilian, where she also completed her Business Administration degree. During her studies she gained experience in financial management and jumped in at the deep end and helped with their family business. When she came to the Netherlands in 2018 with a cultural exchange project, she was in love.

Multicultural environment
The department processes and administers the payments and invoices of our customers on a daily basis. In addition, the people of the TMO department also validate and prepare refunds and are second-line support for customer service. The team consists of colleagues from different backgrounds and experiences, as well as cultural diversity. Our multicultural environment complements each other and together we work towards achieving our goals. 2nd dan Black Belt Taekwando
Sitting still isn't really Gabriela's thing. When she is not working or studying Dutch, she has an active life. Every weekday a different activity such as yoga, intensive home workout, pilates, dance lessons and taekwondo. And yes, you wouldn't expect it right away, but she has a black belt in taekwondo. Whenever she can, she also likes to visit new cities, museums, castles and she loves to share all those travel experiences on Instagram, but also to share what life is like in the Netherlands and the cultural differences between here and her home country.
