Laura Ylä-Sulkava joins Aspia Group to strengthen HR leadership

Laura Ylä-Sulkava has been appointed as HR Director of Aspia Group starting from January 1, 2025. Laura brings the organization over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership, development projects, and change management in international organizations.

Laura has extensive experience in senior HR roles within global IT organizations. Her areas of expertise include leading organizational changes such as mergers and acquisitions, developing company culture, and enhancing leadership. Additionally, she has a solid background in team leadership and is deeply committed to supporting the professional growth of her team members.

In her role, Laura will lead HR operations at the group level and oversee the planning and global implementation of HR practices. She will drive efforts to make Aspia Group the industry's employer of choice, while nurturing talent to advance our position as the leading partner for innovative service solutions. Furthermore, she will manage HR operations in Finland and ensure the successful execution of group-wide practices.
