Advania acquires Accountor ICT Oy in order to strengthen its growth in the IT service market in Finland

Advania Holding Oy and Accountor Holding Oy have signed an agreement, through which Advania will acquire the entire share capital of Accountor ICT Oy (AICT). The transaction date is 8th January 2020.

Accountor has been working on redefining its strategy in the past years. As a result of this work, Accountor has decided to divest Accountor ICT Oy to Advania.

The transaction is part of Advania’s growth strategy, which focuses on the development of its customers’ digital business. By joining our forces, we can offer even more comprehensive solutions to our customers.
