Accountor grows nationwide in Finland – accounting firm Tilitoimisto Likvidi becomes part of Accountor
Accountor continues to grow nationwide in Finland in line with our growth strategy and on 1.6.2022 we have acquired Tilitoimisto Likvidi. Likvidi has served its customers nationwide in Finland from seven locations where it continues as part of Accountor, including Oulu, Rovaniemi, Joensuu and Savonlinna. The acquired business employs 40 financial management professionals.
Through the acquisition, we strengthen our system and process expertise. With Likvidi, we will also strengthen our integration expertise, which has been one of Likvidi's strengths. In addition, the acquisition will increase the utilization of Accountor's artificial intelligence, for example in the development of artificial intelligence solutions. We also strive to develop our software-independent offering, which means providing the service not only with our own Procountor software but also with other software preferred by our customers.
“This acquisition supports our growth strategy and is strategically important to us. The transformation of our industry requires ever-deepening digitalization expertise. For several years now, we have invested heavily in customer-oriented service processes, as well as the modern technology and automation that support them, and we are now continuing to strengthen them together with Likvidi’s professionals. Our goal is to be a leader in our industry in the future and, above all, to help every customer company succeed,” says Niklas Sonkin, Accountor’s CEO and President.
Tilitoimisto Likvidi's current customers will immediately benefit from Accountor's significant payroll and HR expertise, a network of more than a thousand financial, payroll, HR and legal professionals, as well as international services.
“For us, financial management software – artificial intelligence and integrations are important in promoting our customers' business, which is why Accountor is the right partner for us, because they have been investing in these things for a long time. Through the merger, we will get better services for our customers and even better opportunities for our employees to develop,” says Tuomo Kolehmainen, an entrepreneur at Likvidi.
